Everyday Roots- A Must-Read Blog for Anyone Looking to Heal!

In our healthy living blog we talked about the amazing detoxes available online at Everyday Roots. The blog, which was started by Minnesotan native Claire Goodall, focuses on natural ways to detox and cleanse our bodies without the use of harsh medications or pills. Goodall decided to start her company after becoming frustrated and disappointed in over the counter and prescription medications. Claire knew from her experience with nature that the best medicine comes from the earth and that by harnessing the power of plants, fruits and vegetables she could heal her body and spirit. Everyday Roots features recipes, natural malady remedies and even beauty tips! It’s a must read for anyone hoping to heal themselves from the inside out without using toxic medicine.  Image
